Losing weight is a difficult subject to tackle. You either find information telling you all the wrong things to eat or a pill that claims to do the work for you. Eat whatever you want and take this pill and you will still lose all the weight you want in a week. Or you can find yourself just starving
yourself and miserable because everywhere you look you find yourself wishing you could eat everything you see.
Well all in all, starving yourself and pills are the obviously not the way to go. I hate to be the one to tell you this, but, you have to put in the work if you are really dedicated to losing weight. Fad diets just won't cut it. It is a way of life you have to commit too.
I will give you a no nonsense understanding of what it takes to lose weight and do it properly and healthily without using pills, supplements, or fad diets. You will find yourself eating five times a day with this information I like to call the easy diet plan.
Losing weight is as simple as burning more calories than you consume. If you can come to terms with that simple fact, then you have the Einstein formula for losing weight.
First of all you need to take one day and eat normally. While you are doing this for one day and one day only...take note and physically write down all the calories you are consuming. This will give you an idea of what you actually eat in a normal day. You might be surprised just how many calories are in that low fat snack you try so desperately to choke down. Write it down. Keep a journal. Have it where you can look at it as a daily reminder of what not to do.
You also need to take your weight. Hop on the scale and write it down.
Now you need to take that total number of calories and subtract 500 from it. For example: if you consumed 2000 calories on a normal day, subtract 500 and then for the next seven days you will eat 1500 calories every day. While you are eating less calories, keep in mind that it is best to eat it in small amounts throughout the day as opposed to eating it all in two or three meals. Break it up into five smaller meals and snacks and this will help your body to speed up its metabolism.
Lets talk a little bit about cardio. It is possible to eat right and lose weight, but in order to speed up the process, a good cardio workout at least three times a week for thirty minutes will do wonders for your body. Leaving the diet alone to do all the work is much more difficult and you won't see the results that you want either.
At the end of the week, hop on that scale again and you will see progress. Don't expect to lose twenty pounds. That just isn't possible. We aren't looking for biggest loser totals here. We are looking to lose one to two pounds a week...maybe a little more. That is the healthiest pace at which to lose weight. Whether you have five pounds to lose or seventy...you can lose it just buy doing the few easy diet plan strategies. You will reach you goals and you won't gain it back either like you would if you used pills, supplements or any of the fad diets that are out there.
